I bought it mainly because I have back pain when I sit for long hours and it has helped me a lot in relieving my back pain because the movement mechanism gives the feeling that you are doing dorsal muscle exercises. The headrest didn't seem useful in the upright position, but it was ok if you want to use it on lie down position. I think for its money it is an excellent anatomical chair.
